South Gate CrossFit Schedule

Regular WOD Classes: Also known as Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes, are led by our coaches in a small-group setting. WOD classes consist of a warm-up, some skill or strength work, a workout, and a cool down. We encourage all members of South Gate CrossFit to participate in regular WOD's once they've developed a solid understanding for those generalized movement taught in our Introduction classes.

Introduction WOD Classes: These classes are tailored to members who are in the introductory phases of the CrossFit programming. We know for some individuals CrossFit can intimidating, we also know the importance of understanding fundamental movements before pulling out the toys. These classes use lighter weights, scaled versions of some of the more difficult movements, and include more time reviewing the basics of safe and efficient technique. Did we mention, these classes serve as a great review for seasoned athletes!

Intro Class - Free!

Membership Fee:  $150.00- per Month (with credit card) or
$135.00 (ACH/Automatic Checking Withdrawal) per Month 

(5) Workout's of the Day (WOD) Pass Card:  $65.00 

Workout of the Day (WOD):  $20.00 Daily

Discounts, Packages, & Programs

Uniformed Service Member (Peace Officers / Firefighters / Active Military):  $125.00 per Month 

*Teens (up to 18 years of age):  $105.00 per  Month (must be accompanied by an adult)

College Student (student ID required) / 19-22 years of age:  $115.00 per Month 

Family of 4:  $375.00 per Month
